Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the item in its original designer packaging, ensuring all security tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid boutique shipping label provided in your email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous delivery marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; our team will notify you via email once your return has been inspected and processed.
